A reproduced meme describing ‘a man wearing two ties and a boot on his head’ widely circulated on most of the social media websites and got popularity in a short amount of time. A website ‘deathandtaxes’ published an article on 24^th November 2015 with a title that ‘Vermin Supreme running for President, still wants to give everyone a pony’. It is also said that this candidate was not a new-comer to the politics and bounding as an act of political art and claimed since 1980. Another article from ABC.net.au also posted an article with a title that ‘Vermin Supreme 2016: Alternative U.S Presidential candidate promises free ponies for all’.

The website also reported that the bearded eccentric regularly sports a boot on his head and running for public office since 1987. It is still unclear that when this meme was created, but the displayed photograph was not later than May 2012. It is not related to Vermin Supreme’s filings of November 2015. The CNN also titled on 21^st January 2016 the ‘The presidential candidates you’ve never heard of’ and reported that their earlier campaigns were worsted by a ban.
