Restrictions on the Child Support Card Launched by Delaware
The entertainment website “The Reporterz” published an article on 8th January 2016 and reported that ‘Delaware’ has made an new Child Supported Card. It was made to control the child support funds about “what mothers can and cannot buy”. This action was taken to avoid misuse of funds by parents that are associated to help in maintaining the growth cost of children expenses. These expenses include all school related expenses such as study expenses, food expense and others. This card would prevent parents to purchase cigarettes, alcohol and some other prohibited items. We found an upset woman Tasha Brown who couldn’t buy a bottle of Hennessy from her local liquoring store.
She said that it is very injustice that this money belongs to me and should be independent to consume it for my necessary requirements. The article was confusing regarding the card because it didn’t mention its application on all funds collected for funds to care of children and whether it will be available through any governmental assistance program. It is important that disclaimer of “The Reporterz” described that “every article is based on original story, but the facts can be changed”. It means that Delaware have a card in order to make it easier for single parents to collect funds, but it didn’t mention the restrictions regarding the usage of that card. He pointed out that First State Family Card is considered a Pre-paid Visa card and it is updated whenever any payment is deposited in the form of child support program.
