A website ‘United Media Publishing (UMP)’ published an article on 14th August 2015 and reported including a title ‘Obama Orders 2350 U.S dollars Tax Rebate in November’. The IRS director John Koskinen was redirected by the U.S President Barak Obama that agency should prepare for one of the biggest cash refund/ rebate hand-outs in the organization’s history. The U.S President has authorized the IRS director by an executive order that a rebate tax of 2350 U.S dollars to be issued to every U.S citizen who has submitted a tax return documents in the financial year 2014, either they paid or not paid taxes.
