Nikolas Cruz was shooting suspect and former student at a High School in Florida
On Wednesday, a man opened fire inside a Florida high school and killed at least 17 people. Authorities have indicated that the suspect is a former student and he had been expelled from school for disciplinary reasons. Sheriff Scott Israel of Broward County, Florida said that the 19-years old suspect Nikolas Cruz had attended Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, but he was expelled due to creating trouble. The officials said that he was enrolled at another Broward County school. After hours of the shooting incident, people who knew Cruz described him as a Troubled Kid. He always enjoyed showing off his firearms, bragging about killing animals. The school has more than 3,000 students and Cruz had just a few friends, but he struck fear in some students with abnormal behavior.
One of the school students informed WFOR-TV that he always had guns. His crazy behavior was not right for school, and he kicked out from school various times for such kind of behavior. A math teacher at Stoneman Douglas High School, Jim Gard said in a press interview that Cruz was a student in his class during the first semester of the 2016-17 and he was a quiet and not disruptive student. But, he said that school administrators became conscious about the behavior of Cruz last year and informed the faculty. Gard also confirmed that school administration also forwarded emails about him. He also said that a number of students informed him that Cruz was taken with a girl at Stoneman Douglas High School to the point of ambushing her.
