Fried Foods Increase Heart Failure Risk 68 Percent
It has been seen that the ratio of the people who eat fried foods regularly is quite high for heart failure. When the heart is not able to pump blood the right way it goes into failure. The symptoms of having heart failure include the shortness of breath and fatigue. Doctors have taken statistics which have proved that the heart failure issues are related more with those who eat products like doughnuts, French fries, etc which have brought the risk of diabetes as well heart problems much higher than where it would if fried foods are avoided. Fried foods are a basic reason for high blood pressure which are a major cause for a heart attack. When the blood is not pumped properly, which is due to the high cholesterol level that causes the blood to thicken and the heart finds it hard to purify, the heart suffers an attack.
According to research the statistics are that the causes of heart failure in people who ate fried food once or twice a week is 18 percent while all those who consumed it on daily bases is 86 percent which is 68 percent more than that of those who consumed less friend stuff. A healthy diet should contain cooked and raw vegetables of the season; we are the best source to keep one healthy. With this sort of risk to health in having fried stuff, beans and lentils and vegetables should have a must place in your menu and should be consumed healthily too. It has also been seen that all those people who consume vegetables and beans and oat meals in any form are less at threat to any kind of heart disease even if we are consuming a slightly more than normal amount of fried food on daily bases.
