Comedian Trevor Noah mocked Trump for Insane and Vile Guidelines to End US Lockdown
US President Donald Trump announced last week that the governors of 3 Democratic-led States should be liberated from coronavirus lockdowns. His comments supposedly encouraged demonstrations against ‘Stay-at-Home’ warnings for his own political benefits. Now, a South African comedian Trevor Noah has once again mocked President Trump on ‘The Daily Social Distancing Show’. He called the guidelines of president for ending US lockdown as ‘insane’ and ‘vile’. Donald Trump announced last week that governors of 3 Democratic-led States should be “Liberate” from COVID-19 lockdowns. He was allegedly motivating demonstrations against ‘Stay-at-Home’ warnings for his own political interests. He also called the new guidelines from President for loosening of lockdown.
Noah said, “Most of us have accepted that, as painful as it is, we need to stay at home a little longer until we can get those numbers under control. But it turns out there’s a different group of people around the country who are saying, Now how can we get those numbers to go up”? He also presented footage of “Reopen America” demonstrators lining the streets and chanting “Fire Fauci”! It is noteworthy that the director of the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Dr. Anthony Fauci recently issued warnings. He said if the United States moves too quickly to end stay-at-home orders there could be another spike in Covid-19 cases.
The comedian also said, “Seriously, fire Fauci? So instead of fighting the virus, they want to get rid of the one guy who’s warning us about the virus? It would be a lot easier to not take these protests seriously if Fox News and internet conspiracy theories were just being fueling. The major issue is that all of these morons also have the support of the moron-in-chief”. Trump announced guidelines for states on Thursday that when the states to open back up. He spent the rest of the weekend to urge his followers to fight back against his own released guidelines. Noah criticized Trump and said, “It’s like Trump is a head coach who told his team to kick a field goal, but now he’s on the sidelines, heckling them for doing it.”
