Bloomberg and Reuters have reported that the U.S District Judge William Alsup has ruled out that he is not getting a position on either or not charges are warranted. It has been considered the 2^nd investigation into Uber along with an analysis into its Grey-balling scheme. He rejected the request of Uber at the same time in getting the cast to private settlement.
