The U.S President Donald Trump has signed an executive order on 13^th March 2017. It would require agencies within the federal government’s executive branch to submit plans for their restructuring. The section 1 of this order is specific to enhance the effectiveness, accountability and efficiency of the federal executive branch by presiding the Director of the management office and Director of Budget to suggest a plan to rearrange the governmental functionality and terminate unwanted agencies of title 5, United States Code, agency programs and entire components of agencies. The Section 2 of the order has indicated supposed plan to empower the effectiveness, accountability and efficiency of the U.S Federal Agencies. It is specific to terminate or rearrange unnecessary or out of work Federal Agencies.

It is important that the specific time period defined in the executive order is within 6 months from the signing date of order to finalize the entire tasks. The head of each agency should submit a supposed plan to concerning Director in order to rearrange the agency, if needed. It would empower the accountability, efficiency and effectiveness of the agency. Point to be noted that the U.S President said at the signing ceremony that “this order was especially designed to find out the wasted money at the federal level”. He also said that “we have managed one of the efficient Cabinets in the U.S history & I believe it more powerful than ever. We need to give them more power to empower their effectiveness”. Point to be noted that the National Register currently has a list of 440 agencies working in the United States.
